Refund policy

At Rustic Brims we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns for any unworn, unused products within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item minus any associated shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at info@rusticbrims.com. Please include your order number, a description of which item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
